Refund & Return Policy

At Clotoo, your satisfaction is our priority.


Non-Returnable Items

All customized products (including frames, printed items, personalized gifts, and photo-based designs) are non-returnable because they are made specially for you.


Damaged or Wrong Order

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Provide an unboxing video (must clearly show the issue)

  • We will replace the item at no additional cost

No refunds are issued for customized items unless the error is from our side.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided if:

  • We fail to deliver the product

  • The product becomes out of stock after payment

  • You were charged but the order was not created due to a system issue

(Customized items are not eligible for refunds once production has started.)


Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrect products received.
Customization mistakes provided by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
